Have you ever taken time to listen to the children of the
night? Well, you should. They have wonderful stories to tell you, along with
great warnings. If only Renfield had listened to them, but, alas, he did not.
He ignored them and became a slave to the most dastardly man to ever live, or
die for that matter. Count Dracula. You see, Dracula wanted to move from his
dreary castle in Transylvania to an Abby in London. He needed someone to watch
over his coffin while he slept and get him places during the day, like to the
boat. As fate would have it, the Count brought his terrible plague of the undead
with him, and transferred it to Lucy, the dear friend of Mina. And then he moved
on to her. She was engaged to Jonathan Harker, and he and Dr. Seward promptly
noticed a change in her presence and attitude after Dracula's arrival. They
called upon a Dr. Van Helsing to help them figure out what was the trouble.
He found out the trouble all right, by discovering the Counts darkest secret.
He was a vampire. They promptly decided that he must die, and they succeeded,
at the cost of Renfield If only they had all listened to the warnings of the
children of the night.Starring: Bela Lugosi,
